This is an easy process where you tell us the content or topic required then we will produce the course for your perusal until it fits your requirements.
Bespoke Online Courses
Our online courses are specifically written and designed for the needs of FE, HE and prison classrooms. Unlike our commissioned courses, these are pre-written and produced, however, we can still tweak these to make them more bespoke to your organisation’s needs. All our courses aim to be:

Bespoke Online Course Titles
Promoting Positive Behaviours (Versions available for FE, HE and prison/YOI environments)
Two-year licence £1980.00 (available to all staff)
This online course includes two modules. Each module takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
Module 1 includes:
• Understanding why challenging behaviours occur
• How treating a learner as though they have a learning disability rather than a learning gift, can increase challenges
• The danger of concentrating too much on a learner’s mental health ‘issue’ in the classroom, rather than a solution
• Examples of inappropriate forms of communication with positive alternatives
Module 2 includes strategies for:
• Everyday low-level behaviours
• Inappropriate use of mobile phones
• When learners refuse to work
• Oppositional defiance disorder
• Challenges during remote teaching
• Non-compliance
Safeguarding for a College Environment
Three-year licence £2950.00 (available to all staff)
This course is designed for a college environment or, for FE provision in HE and reflects the needs of 16-17-year olds plus, adults at risk. The course has two modules and each module takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
Module 1 includes:
• What is the difference between child protection and safeguarding?
• What is safeguarding adults at risk and children?
• How to handle a disclosure effectively
• Boundaries and keeping yourself safe
• Whistleblowing
Module 2 includes:
• Indicators of all abuses as noted under child protection
• Cyberbullying and bullying
• Radicalisation
• Child sexual exploitation
• The effects of abuse
• How to keep traumatised learners calm
Understanding Mental Health Issues in Further Education
Two-year licence £1980.00 (available to all staff)
This online course includes two modules. Each module takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. There is also one final case study, on mobile phone addiction taking around 10 minutes to complete.
Module 1: Understanding mental health issues for young people in further education
Module 2: Emerging themes in mental health and, ways to support FE students with mental health issues
Module 3: Case study on mobile phone addiction
Getting the Best Out of Returning to the Workplace
Unlimited licence £1500.00 (available to all staff)
This course has been designed for staff who have been working from home or, who have been in isolation and are now returning to the workplace. There are three modules including:
Module 1 (10 minutes):
• Working styles test
• Recognising that we may react very differently to our colleagues when returning to the workplace
Module 2 (30 minutes):
• Coping with the call back to the workplace
• Embracing government advice as a way of improving your working life
• Changing our communication style from home to work
• Tips for greater resiliency
Module 3 (30 minutes):
• Recognising that we may have delayed reactions when returning to work
• Situational based demotivation
• Multifaceted based demotivation
• Strategies to prevent demotivation
We offer SCORM or H5P packages and our Learning Technologist will transfer them to a designated person within your organisation plus, provide assistance where possible. If you require external hosting, just let us know.
