We are regularly asked to share our ideas at conferences and staff training sessions. With larger groups we maintain our usual philosophy recognising that participants should still be given practical strategies and real case studies alongside theoretical views. Although a keynote speech will always be a little more formal we also try to make sure that our audience is entertained and comfortable and where possible we do encourage interaction and participation.
